If you are new to river paddling you must attend Parts 1&2 Introduction to moving water.

Pool Sessions We would recommend that you sign up for a minimum of three sessions if your aim is to get good at rescues and being rescued. Depending on demand for these pool sessions we may need to limit how many you can sign up for.
