Photos and movies of the Tryweryn Whitewater Centre Trip on 22/23 August
2009...8 members with kayaks and 1 with open canoe went on the trip
along with 2 extra members for safety.
22 Aug - Trip down the upper section of Grade 3/4 water (on 9 cumecs
release) in the morning followed by lower section in the afternoon. Lots
of rock hazards and overhanging trees on the lower section. Good
photos/movies of the team on the river, cafe wave and Bala falls.
23 Aug - Two trips down the upper section for the most experienced
members, whilst the rest did one or part of the trip and the watched.
Thanks to Geoff and John for providing the safety cover - lots of
practice was had.
