Dart River Whitewater Introduction - Oct 2009
This is the annual whitewater introduction for the 2-Star paddlers. This year there was very little good water at the time so it was run on the lowest section of the Dart from Staverton down towards Totnes.

Exeter 2-Star Assessment Assessment Trip
AVCC trip round the Exeter Canal and River loop in September 2009 as the final part of the 2-Star Course. Well done to everyone that passed.

Bob's Open canoe Weekend - 2nd to 5th July 2009
This marked the 20th Anniversary of this very popular event, and in celebration of his memory, it will now be referred to as Bob's open canoe Weekend, after Bob Ottley who died in 2008.
